Xiaomi confirmed that POCO will be reintroduced to consumers, explaining that the latter can strive independently. Xiaomi India Head Manu Kumar Jain also noted that POCO “has grown into its own identity in a short span of time.”

“Excited to share: #POCO will now be an independent brand! What started as a sub-brand within Xiaomi, has grown into its own identity. [The] POCO F1 was an incredibly popular phone. We feel the time is right to let POCO operate on its own,” he stated on his official Twitter account.
Jain also invited consumers to join him in wishing POCO India all the best.
