| How to Send and Receive Money Easily Through BDO Cash Pick-Up Anywhere Feature |
Through this, BDO users may easily send money through BDO’s online banking. At the same time, receivers may opt to get the money at any of the bank’s Cash Pick-up partners including Palawan Pawnshop, RD Pawnshop, Villarica Pawnshop, BDO Network Bank, Cebuana Lhuillier, and M Lhuillier Kwarta Padala.

How To Send Money Through BDO Online or Mobile Banking App:
- Visit the BDO Online website or download the BDO Mobile Banking app on your phone then log in using your credentials.
- Select Send Money, then click on Cash Pick Up at any BDO Branch and the mentioned remittance partners.
- Check the money transfer details correctly.
- Share the Reference Number with your receiver.
How To Receive or Pick-up Cash:
- Go to a cash pick-up partner.
- Fill out correctly the Money Form with your details, including the sender’s name, receiver’s name, reference number, and the amount to claim.
- Submit the accomplished form with 1 valid ID at the counter.
- Sign and receive your copy of the computer-generated Receive Money form.
- Get the cash.

According to BDO, it’s advisable for the sender to have a photo of the ID that the receiver will show upon claiming the money and copy the receiver’s details exactly as what’s written on it to avoid untoward inconvenience.
Senders using the BDO Mobile app can get the Reference Number under the ‘Send Money’ option. Just click on the bottom menu, then press on View Transaction Status, then choose For Cash Pick-Up.
The receiver, on the other hand, should present the complete Reference Number and one valid ID upon pick up of the cash. The receiver must also claim the money within two to four working days.
