TNT, or Talk 'N Text, is another cellular service arm of PLDT, and it offers affordable texts as well as data promos. One of their most value-for-money offers is the TNT SURFSAYA 199.

There are actually two TNT SURFSAYA 199 promos, one is the TNT SURFSAYA FB 199, and the other one is the TNT SURFSAYA ML 199. Originally, both promos had a total of 8GB of data, unlimited calls to TNT, Smart, and Sun, and unlimited texts to all networks. The 8GB of data is the sum or total of all the data included in the promo. That is 2GB of open access data, plus 6GB (200MB per day for 30 days) for Facebook and Instagram (for SURFSAYA FB) or Mobile Legends (for SURFSAYA ML).
But in mid of 2022, Tropang GIGA rebranded the TNT SURFSAYA FB 199 to just TNT SURFSAYA 199, which has the same inclusions as before, but the free data daily can now be used on Facebook, Instagram, Mobile Legends, and TikTok. Moreover, the unlimited calls are now ALLNET or for all networks.
According to TNT, the SURFSAYA under ML and ALLNET are not part of the enhancement and will remain as is – SURFSAYA ML (20,30, 99,199), SURFSAYA ALLNET (40, 55, 149, 319). However, with the broader data inclusions and unlimited calls to all networks, the SURFSAYA ML and SURFSAYA ALLNET seem less valuable.

For comparison purposes, Sun Wais 200 of Sun Cellular comes with only unlimited texts and calls to Sun subscribers and 500 texts to Smart and TNT, it has no data inclusion. Meanwhile, the Sun Text Unlimited 200 has only unlimited texts to Sun, 1,000 texts to other networks, 5 hours of calls to Sun, Smart, and TNT, and 100MB daily for Facebook, it has no open access data inclusion.
The closest in comparison is Sun Sulit Surf Plus 249, which also has 2GB open access data, unlimited texts to all networks, unlimited tri-net calls, and 60 minutes of calls to other networks. However, it is 50 pesos more expensive and does not come with 200MB of data daily.
