| ASUS ZenBook Duo 14 Launches in PH; Price Starts at Only Php79,995 |
The Tilting ScreenPad Plus is a new addition to the Tilting ScreenPad family.
Last year, ASUS introduced the ScreenPad Plus on the first-generation ASUS ZenBook Duo, providing users with a solution that improved workflow and multitasking performance. The latest hinge configuration on the ASUS ZenBook Duo 14 for 2021 integrates the Active Aerodynamic System (AAS) Plus thermal system, which raises the 12.6-inch ScreenPad Plus and the laptop itself off the desk by up to 7 degrees to improve cooling efficiency. A modern and updated ScreenXpert User Interface (UI) and shortcuts, as well as many new games, make interacting with the main monitor and the ScreenPad Plus more intuitive. It also includes an ASUS Pen, which will make creating a lot easier.
ScreenXpert Control Center has been modified.
ScreenPad Plus now has a whole new Control Center UI that is much faster. Users will move the Control Center to the right, upper, or bottom of the screen, depending on their preferences. A new Control Center button turns the taskbar into a floating button and activates an auto-hide feature that completely covers the taskbar. To allow for customization, buttons on the new Control Center taskbar may be added or relocated.

ASUS also introduced a new Control Panel app to the ScreenXpert User Interface to help developers speed up workflows for the ScreenPad Plus (UI). Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom Classic are currently supported by this feature. The Control Panel app opens a matching panel suited to each software package when the user opens each of these applications, allowing frequently used functions such as zoom, brightness, and contrast through sliders, buttons, and dials. For each of the app-specific decks, creators may fully configure the features and icon placement. The deck allocated to each of the approved applications will be launched automatically by the Control Panel.

They will have the newest, fastest Wi-Fi technologies as well as modern ThunderboltTM 4 technology for connecting to a universe of peripherals and enabling single-cable connections to fast charging, external displays, and expanded storage.

Another ASUS ZenBook Duo 14 (UX482EG) version will have a versatile NVIDIA® GeForce® MX450 GPU capable of accelerating workloads. Over GeForce® MX250 graphics, you can expect up to 2 times better performance, as well as faster, smoother gaming and content development. Due to a TGP upgrade, when the AIPT mode on the ASUS ZenBook Duo 14 is shifted to Output mode, the GPU performance will improve by up to 20% compared to regular mode. It also integrates with NVIDIA® Optimus® technology to provide the ideal combination between long battery life and efficiency, allowing the dedicated MX450 GPU only when it's needed and disabling it when it's not to save battery life.
