The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is the highest in the S21 series. It still has some similarities with the two S21 devices, such as the chipset used, storage capacity available, and connectivity options to name a few. But it also comes with several upgrades than the other two models.

Let us start with the less noticeable ones. The Galaxy S21 Ultra is equipped with a 6.8-inch display, and unlike its two siblings, it comes with WQHD+ resolution or 3200 x 1440 pixels. It also has a slightly larger battery capacity of 5,000mAh, but it still has the same fast charging capabilities as its brothers. Moreover, it now has a huge 12GB of RAM as compared to 8GB of the other variants.
The photography department is where the biggest upgrades are. It now has a total of four cameras on its back - a 108MP PDAF OIS main module, 12MP PDAF for ultrawide shots, 10MP 70mm PDAF OIS telephoto with 3x optical zoom, and another 10MP 240mm PDAF OIS periscope telephoto with 10x optical zoom. In the front, there is also a major bump in the camera resolution, from 10MP found on S21 5G and S21+ 5G, to a 40MP PDAF selfie snapper.
