| MSI Announces Authorized Repair Partners |
Authorized MSI repair partners provide a faster overall response time. In addition, MSI is dedicated to providing exceptional service to its clients, which is why they seek to expand and partner outside of Metro Manila.
The cities of Legazpi, Cagayan, Cebu, and Zamboanga have recently been added to MSI's list of authorized service providers who can repair MSI laptops. Target locations such as Davao City, Cagayan de Oro City, Tarlac City, Baguio City, Ormoc City, San Fernando City, Tacloban City, and Cabanatuan City were added to better serve MSI's partners and consumers.
"MSI is committed to offering the highest level of service to all of our partners and clients. We want to make sure they all get excellent service, therefore we've been expanding the presence of our approved service providers to new areas, not just in Metro Manila but also outside of it. We want to help them make sure their laptops are well-maintained and working at their best so that all users can be productive "MSI Philippines Product Manager Rhyan Sy stated.
MSI users inside and outside Metro Manila may expect high-quality service because they can go straight to a local authorized partner for unit examination and warranty certification. Furthermore, in allowed service zones, safety requirements are strictly maintained and followed for the protection of the public.
Customers in the NCR can also get repair services at SM Mega Mall, SM North Edsa, or SM Mall of Asia, or use MSI's pick-up service. Unfortunately, this feature is only available on a few MSI laptop models that are still under warranty.
