Customers must submit their orders through vivo concept stores or kiosks across the country and pay a P500 deposit in exchange for a voucher that guarantees them an X70 starting October 16, 2021.
For cash and card transactions, the down payment is non-refundable; however, for Financial Partners Transactions, the down payment is refundable.
Customers can claim the vivo X70, including the pre-order bonus, in the store where they placed the pre-order by paying the balance less the P500 down payment in cash or credit and presenting the original pre-order voucher, the official receipt for the down payment amount, and a valid, government-issued ID that matches the details on the receipt and voucher.
By producing the following: valid, government-issued IDs of the original customers and their representatives, a signed authorization letter, original pre-order voucher, and the official receipt of the down payment amount, an authorized representative may receive the pre-ordered item and freebie.
