Concentrix Expands Further with Significant Move to Arthaland's Cebu Exchange
Concentrix, the nation's largest private employer and a global leader in customer experience (CX) solutions and technology, confirms its intention to significantly expand in 2023 by moving to Cebu Exchange in a groundbreaking agreement.

Concentrix will strengthen its already-dominant local presence through this strategic partnership with ARTHALAND by adding Cebu Exchange, a PEZA-accredited office development on track to become the largest net-zero carbon-certified building in the Philippines. As the nation's population grows, so must its workforce.
Cebu City has grown in popularity as a business location due to its pool of highly skilled talent, superior regional accessibility, and less expensive alternative to Manila. The city was ranked as the 12th most desirable BPO destination in the Tholons Global Innovation Index for 2020.
Dom Fredrick Andaya, Senior Director of Office Services - Tenant Representation at Collier's, declared that Cebu "has always been an exciting market for the office sector." "In 2022, 60% of all provincial office transactions that we tracked took place in Cebu, with IT-BPM firms snatching up the majority of these lease transactions."
As part of the agreement, Concentrix will relocate its operations to multiple floors of Cebu Exchange later this year, occupying a total gross leasable area of 16,686.73 square meters. It is the largest commercial transaction and office take-up in the southern Philippines among comparable transactions of the same volume and needs.
