The Community Hub is the first-of-its-kind particularly for Work-at-Home (WAH) employees, and is designed to meet their crucial needs. It provides a free 24/7 facility with guaranteed electricity and internet connectivity, a comfortable and safe atmosphere following health guidelines, and an allocated management team per hub responsible for daily operations and directly aiding staff, including IT. You can even use the Concentrix P2P bus, which runs seven days a week and is solely for Concentrix employees within NCR Plus (including Cavite essential stops like the Hub).

Work-at-home employees can benefit from a dedicated location outside of their house in a variety of situations. For example, a lack of home electricity or internet can impact their capacity to work. And if they live distant from a Concentrix office, finding a temporary workspace with the necessary amenities becomes difficult. With Community Hub, Work-from-Home employees may now easily access all of the above without having to travel to a physical location. In addition, the hub contains “hoteling” stations, an open, collaborative area and lounge, and a multi-purpose room that can be used as a conference, training, or engagement, or CSR activity room.

Concentrix Community Hub also addresses work device setup – PC with the software-based phone, headset, and security devices. The Community Hub is conveniently accessible for delivering, retrieving, or repairing tangible goods. It also moves the assets for those needs, including new hires getting a WAH set-up. Also, the service is free. IT help is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Users can pre-book any hub area or service via Concentrix One, the company's mobile app for staff digital transactions and services. Because slots are accessible for every hub region and changes are real-time, same-day and multiple bookings per day are conceivable.

Finally, using Recruitment digital kiosks in the hub's foyer, local job seekers can now submit paperless, contactless, and secure applications (aside from other digital platforms). If needed, a Concentrix professional recruiter might use the hub to examine local candidates. This increases safety, convenience and saves time.

“The sector is going through considerable transformation, and long-term enabling of a Work-at-home model is a vital component of it,” said Concentrix SVP and Philippines Country Leader Amit Jagga. The Concentrix Community Hub is our unique investment and commitment to the industry. We take pride in thinking and acting differently. We have proved our unrivaled commitment to care, performance, and security for our workers by being the first firm in the Philippines to build the Work-at-Home Hub.

Concentrix is the only firm to win the Phil. ICT Awards for Best Company, Best Employer, Best BPO Contact Center, and Best Foreign-owned Company in consecutive years. As a result of their efforts in worker health and safety, Concentrix was the first to win the Outstanding Use of ICT Services to Fight COVID-19.
