A three-day battery life
A sub-Php8,000 smartphone with a massive 6,000mAh battery? That's two of the main highlights of the Honor X7a. According to Honor, this smartphone can last up to three days on a single charge. That's a big deal as it'll mean more time for users to multitask using the Honor X7a without worrying about charging the smartphone in the middle of a busy day.
In particular, the Honor X7a's battery can withstand up to 22 hours of online video playback, 42 hours of audio calls, 29 hours of music, and 42 hours of social media browsing.
Some entry-level smartphones suffer from slow charging. With the Honor X7a, this isn't an issue at all. Honor equipped the smartphone with its very own 22.5W SuperCharge technology that equates a 10-minute charge to an ample battery life, enough to watch videos for three hours.
Unlike more expensive smartphones with battery health that quickly deteriorates, Honor said that the Honor X7a can preserve its maximum battery capacity higher than 80% even after three years of use. Quite impressive, right?
Slim body despite a big battery
With the large battery the Honor X7a carries, one might think that it's got a bulky and heavy body, but this isn't the case. In fact, the Honor X7a flaunts an 8.27mm form factor and weighs approximately 196 grams. Precisely, the device measures 76.85 mm x 8.27 mm x 167.48 mm.

The slim body of the Honor X7a is further accentuated by its eye-catching, premium-looking colors, namely Titanium Silver, Ocean Blue, and Midnight Black. Its back cover has a seamless pattern complemented by gradient hues for that added aesthetic.

Sporting a 6.74-inch Honor FullView Display, the Honor X7a is all about an immersive and impressive viewing experience. Its resolution is 1600 x 720 pixels with a 20:9 aspect ratio and a 90Hz refresh rate.
More importantly, the Honor X7a's screen has eye protection features. It's TÜV Rheinland low blue light certified and has different viewing modes like Eye Comfort, Dark Mode, and E-Book Mode.
An entry-level device with flagship-like cameras
A lot of smartphones have already jumped into the triple and quadruple-camera setup bandwagon. The Honor X7a still has a unique selling point in this segment as it comes with four cameras, top-billed by a 50-megapixel HD (F1.8) primary shooter alongside a 5-megapixel ultra-wide angle (F2.2), 2-megapixel depth-of-field (F2.4), and 2-megapixel macro lens (F2.4).
Images captured using this smartphone's rear cameras can go up to 8192 x 6144 pixels in resolution, while videos can go as high as 1920 x 1080 pixels. The Honor X7a supports up to 10x digital zoom and has shooting modes including large aperture, portrait, photography, filter, AI photography, video, professional, panorama, HDR, time-lapse, watermark, super macro, high pixel, smiley face capture, time-lapse shooting, and more.
For its selfie camera concealed under a waterdrop notch, there's an 8-megapixel sensor at F2.0 aperture. Its image resolution is at up to 3264 x 2448 pixels, while its video resolution is the same as the back cameras with 1920 x 1080 pixels.

Complementing the cameras of the Hono X7a is its 128GB storage which users can take advantage of to keep more than 28,000 photos or 450 HD videos. The internal storage of the Honor X7a can be expanded up to 1TB, giving users more than enough digital space to store their important files.

Honor is serious about making its smartphones tougher than their competition. The Honor X9a 5G can even withstand being run over by a vehicle. The Honor X7a is also strong in its own might. Each Honor X7a unit released in the market surpassed 200,000 times of power button tests, 800,000 times of touch screen durability tests, 70 kilograms of maximum load, 200,000 times of fingerprint button tests, and a temperature cycle test between -20 degrees Celsius to 55 degrees Celsius.
