Netflix ranks Internet Service Providers (ISPs) every month based on how good their prime-time Netflix viewing experience is. In December 2023, Converge and a local service provider had the fastest speeds, at 3.0 Mbps.
Converge kept an average speed of 3.25 Mbps throughout the year, which was much faster than the national average of 2.8 Mbps and better than other major internet service providers. In 2023, Converge was at the top of the Netflix Speed Index Leaderboard for 11 months.
