In July this year, OPPO Philippines brought to store shelves the OPPO Reno12 Series 5G that flaunts photography features improved by artificial intelligence. These include an easier way to clean photos by removing photobombers and unwanted elements through the revamped AI Eraser 2.0 and AI Studio with thousands of profile edits to choose from.

One of the most noticeable differences between the OPPO Reno12 F 5G and its siblings in the OPPO Reno12 Series 5G is the back design, particularly the camera module. The OPPO Reno12 F 5G comes with an attention-grabbing camera arrangement on a large circular plate that occupies a third of its rear body. Its camera arsenal consists of a 50-megapixel Ultra-Clear main camera, 8-megapixel Ultra-Wide-Angle camera, and a 2-megapixel Macro camera. Selfies on the OPPO Reno12 F 5G are captured through a 32-megapixel Ultra-Clear selfie camera.
In true OPPO fashion, the OPPO Reno12 F 5G is a style statement in itself. The Amber Orange parades striking hues of pink and orange inspired by the 2024 Pantone color of the year Peach Fuzz with an added touch of shimmer and texture. The other colorway option is an elegant Olive Green that exudes subtle sophistication with its shy touch of flowing glitter.

Combined with an impressive 6.67-inch screen in FHD+ (1080 x 2400) resolution and a 92.2% screen ratio, the OPPO Reno12 F 5G is by all means a device for immersive experiences like binge-watching and gaming.
A MediaTek Dimensity 6300 powers the OPPO Reno12 F 5G with a combination of a 12GB RAM and 512GB storage. For its battery, the device carries 5,000mAh with a 45W SUPERVOOC Flash Charge support. With these at play, OPPO claims that the OPPO Reno12 F 5G can last up to 21 days on standby on a single charge and a maximum waiting time of 71 minutes for a full charge.
Durability is also among the strong suits of the OPPO Reno12 F 5G. Apart from an IP64 water and dust resistance rating, OPPO's new smartphone comes covered in what the brand calls an All-Around Armour which provides a tough shell on the outside and the needed cushioning to protect its internals.
The OPPO Reno11 F 5G launched in March this year retails for P18,999. With this as the benchmark, the OPPO Reno12 F 5G could be around the same price tag.
