Telecommunications service provider Smart Communications, Inc., (Smart) has set a historic precedent by hosting the nation's inaugural 5G Max-powered concert and experiential showcase—dubbed the 'Amazing 5G Max Experience'—on December 14, at the 5th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig City.

Smart's 5G Max, an advanced form of 5G connectivity, boasts considerably accelerated upload and download speeds, coupled with ultra-low latency, offering customers unparalleled mobile experiences.
The launch of 5G Max initially took place in BGC, a vibrant and strategic hub that attracts professionals, students, and entrepreneurs. To demonstrate its capabilities, Smart orchestrated the Amazing 5G Max Experience.

The 5G Max-powered stage was also graced by Bamboo, Belle Mariano, Moira, and AC Bonifacio who delivered a series of electrifying performances to the delight of the thousands of attendees who relished the free concert as an early Christmas surprise.

In addition to the free concert, subscribers had the opportunity to explore the multiple ways Smart 5G Max can enhance the digital lifestyle of Filipinos through interactive areas like the Creator’s Lab, Game Arena, Stream Theater, and 5G-powered Store.
Subscribers had the opportunity to experience the Creator’s Lab, where they could experiment with content creation and swiftly upload their work on TikTok. Mobile gamers had the thrilling chance to compete against renowned esports teams, Smart Omega and Empress, on Mobile Legends: Bang Bang and Honor of Kings.
Smart subscribers also flocked to the Smart 5G Max’s Stream Theater, an ideal spot to catch up on the latest shows on MAX and Netflix.
To put on display the remarkable capabilities of Smart 5G Max, real-time speed tests were carried out throughout the venue, revealing Smart 5G Max speeds to be up to three times faster than standard 5G.
The event also presented an array of special prizes for attendees, further enhancing the rewarding 5G experience and making the event even more unforgettable for the participants.
