TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Philippine Cup 2026; New Tamaraw Race Class Debuts in Cavite Street Race
Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) is officially kicking off the 12th season of the TOYOTA GAZOO Racing (TGR) Philippine Cup with an adrenaline-fueled street race at Riverpark, Cavite from March 13 to 15, 2026. This season marks a major milestone with the competitive debut of the locally-built Next Generation Tamaraw OMR (One-Make-Race).

Racing Highlights and New Divisions
The 2026 season introduces the Tamaraw Racing Class, featuring the Tamaraw OMR which has undergone extensive track testing since its concept preview last year. This new platform joins the established Vios OMR on the grid.
- The Track: A challenging 2.4km street circuit located within Federal Land’s Riverpark community in General Trias, Cavite.
- The Grid: 30 elite racers will compete across the Tamaraw Racing Class, Sporting Class, Super Sporting Class, and Legacy Class.
- The Drivers: TMP President Masando Hashimoto leads Team TGR Philippines alongside newcomers like Chenee Jimenez and Alex Lim (Banaweboy). They will face off against veteran Vios Cup champions including Iñigo Anton and Dominic Ochoa.
