Serving as an all-in-one physical touchpoint, the hub brings on-ground customer support, instant services, and exclusive rewards directly to users.

The initiative represents GCash's response to user feedback, creating a dedicated venue for customers to interact with brand and customer service representatives face-to-face. The physical center acts as a crucial safety net, providing reliable on-ground assistance during connectivity disruptions so Filipinos can navigate the digital economy without interruption.

The GCash Central Hub streamlines essential account features and introduces the platform's “3 Ways to Pay” framework (Tap to Pay, GCash Cards, and Scan QR). Visitors can access the following services on-site:
- Instant Card Printing: Apply for, print, and activate a physical GCash Visa Card directly at the booth.
- Free Cash-Ins: Enjoy zero-fee cash-ins to GCash wallets for amounts up to ₱8,000.
- Account Creation Support: Get guided assistance when opening new standard GCash accounts or GCash Jr. accounts.
- App Troubleshooting: Resolve specific account or application issues directly with service representatives.
- Feature Exploration: Discover new platform utilities like Tap to Pay, GLoad, GSave, GBills, and Pera Coach.

Merchant solutions are also expanding, with a GCash for Business sign-up feature coming soon to help mall entrepreneurs accept digital payments and manage employee disbursements.
Tap It, Win It: Exclusive Mall Perks and Car Raffle
To celebrate the launch, GCash is offering direct rewards and a major raffle promo for TriNoma shoppers:
- ₱50 Off Cinema Tickets: Users get a ₱50 discount on mall movie tickets when spending at least ₱500 via Tap to Pay, GCash Card, or Scan QR at participating merchants.
- Receipt Rewards: Show any GCash transaction receipt from TriNoma establishments at the hub to claim instant promotional rewards.
- The "Tap it, Win it!" Raffle Promo: Running from May 7 until June 21, 2026, customers who spend a minimum of ₱350 in a single receipt using GCash Tap to Pay at participating Ayala Malls merchants automatically earn a raffle entry. There is no limit to the number of entries a user can accumulate.
