| Cherry Mobile Cosmos One Plus Now Official: 5.5-inch FHD, 2GHz Octa Core, 3GB RAM, Dual LTE |
Just one day after the 64.8C.4G teaser, Cherry Mobile revealed today their best smartphone yet, the Cherry Mobile Cosmos One Plus.
The Cherry Mobile Cosmos One Plus is the company's flagship bearing a 5.5-inch IPS full high-definition display with Corning Gorilla Glass 2 protection. On the inside is a monstrous powerhouse, featuring an Octa Core MediaTek MT6595M having a 2GHz quad core Cortex-A17 CPU plus 1.5GHz quad core energy-efficient Cortex-A7 CPU combined with 450MHz IMG Rogue G6200 GPU.

The Cosmos One Plus is also the first device from Cherry Mobile to sport a generous 3GB of RAM and dual LTE-connectivity. Storage wise, it has 32GB of ROM plus an expansion slot that can accommodate up to 64GB of micro SD card.
Photography enthusiasts will be delighted with its main 14MP BSI SONY IMX214 camera with Sapphire f/2.0 lens and 8MP front camera.
In terms of connectivity, apart from its dual LTE, it also supports 3G, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac and GPS with A-GPS, GLONASS and BDS.

Fueling the Cherry Mobile Cosmos One Plus is 2700mAh battery. It runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat, upgradable to Android Lollipop. It has a suggested retail price tag of Php13,999, which is very acceptable for this kind of device. In addition, it is also 2000 pesos cheaper than Starmobile Knight X and 3000 more affordable the Meizu MX4.
