Cherry Mobile recently posted on their Facebook page the latest addition to their affordable entry-level smartphone offering, the Cherry Mobile Touch 3G.

The Cherry Mobile Touch 3G sports a 4.5-inch display with FWVGA resolution, which translates to about 218 pixels per inch. On the inside, it is powered by 1.2GHz quad core processor coupled with 512MB of RAM, 4GB of expandable storage and runs on Android 4.4 KitKat.
The usual sets of connectivity are also present, it has WiFi, Bluetooth and dual SIM capability with 3G. Other known specifications are 5MP main camera with LED flash, 2MP front facing camera, 1500mAh battery, FM radio and GPS.

If you will compare the specs mentioned above to the original CM Touch, you can easily tell that the Cherry Mobile Touch 3G really got good hardware upgrades. In fact, almost every single detail is better that its predecessor, from screen size (4.5-inch vs 3.5-inch), chipset (single core to quad core), cameras (5MP & 2MP vs 2MP & VGA) to connectivity (3G vs 2G).
It is now available in Cherry Mobile concept stores, dealers and retailers nationwide for a reasonable price tag of Php2,699.
