| Starmobile PLAY Neo Announced, Comes with FREE 700MB Data Per Month |
Starmobile recently partnered with Smart Communications in launching their latest entry level smartphone, the Starmobile PLAY Neo.
The Starmobile PLAY Neo sports a 5-inch display with FWVGA resolution, which translates to about 196 pixels per inch. On the inside, it is powered by Spreadtrum 7731G system-on-chip with 1.3GHz quad core processor plus dual core Mali-400 GPU clocked at 1.3GHz each. It has 512MB of RAM combined with 8GB of internal storage that can be expanded via a micro SD card up to 32GB.

This dual SIM device also has a 5MP auto focus camera on its back that is capable of recording videos up to 1080p at 30fps while the front facing one has fixed-focus 2MP sensor. Meanwhile, the 2000mAh Li-Ion battery can last up to 250 hours of standby time about 4 hours on talk time.

The PLAY Neo is the most affordable 5-inch smartphone from Starmobile with a suggested retail price tag of Php2,990. What is more amazing is that the retail package comes with a Smart Prepaid SIM card wherein you can get free data up to 700MB every month for one year. To take advantage of this offer, the subscribers must have an accumulated of 150 pesos top-up load per month. The free 700MB of data can be used on any kind of websites and even accessing Android apps such as Clash of Clans, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and more.
