| Lenovo VIBE K5 Plus and K5 Note Officially Coming to the Philippines |
Two days ago we wrote about the upcoming local unveiling of the Lenovo VIBE K5 series, at that time we gave the details of the K5 alone. However, it turns out it will not be part of it, instead, they will be unveiling its two other siblings, the VIBE K5 Plus and VIBE K5 Note.
The Lenovo VIBE K5 Plus has the same look, screen size, dimensions and weight with that of the K5. But the similarities stop there as the Plus comes with a better display resolution, 1080p versus 720p, and more 'higher' Qualcomm chipset, a Snapdragon 616 that is, as opposed to the SD 415 used by its brother. Other than that, the rest of the specs are almost the same.

Moving on, the Lenovo VIBE K5 Note is the incremental successor of the K4 Note, which was launched early April of this year. The most noticeable improvement of the K5 Note over its predecessor is the processor used, Mediatek MT6755 Helio P10 versus the slightly old MT6753M, both are octa core chipset, but the former has a higher clock frequency and better GPU.
