Along with the Omega Lite 3, Cherry Mobile will also release another device that belongs to the same family, the Omega Icon 2.
The Cherry Mobile Icon 2 is another affordable offering in their latest Festival 2017 Summer G8Away campaign, it sports a display that measures 5 inches diagonally and has IPS panel and Full HD resolution for better image output quality. On the inside, it is powered by 1.3GHz quad core processor paired with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of expandable storage.
In terms of camera capabilities, there is an 8MP main shooter accompanied by an LED flash mounted on the back, while a 5MP snapper is assigned in the front to take selfies or groupies. Other known specs are dual SIM with 3G connectivity, and runs on Android Nougat.
It will retail for Php3,299 when it hit the stores, and comes with a free water-proof pouch.
