| Nokia 8 Lands in PH for Php29,990; Features OZO Audio and Dual-Sight Camera Co-Developed with ZEISS |
HMD Global, the new home of Nokia phones, launches in the Philippines their latest flagship Android smartphone, the Nokia 8.
Co-developed with ZEISS, the Nokia 8 is equipped with 13-megapixel front and rear cameras that can run simultaneously. It can display images in split-screen mode, too. With this, the brand’s flagship device is the first Android smartphone that features Dual-Sight Camera, enabling users to capture photos or livestream videos by using both rear and front shooters at the same time.

It is also the first device that sports OZO audio, which enables the phone to deliver immersive 360-degree spatial surround sound that complements 4K videos.
Meanwhile, the Nokia 8 is encased in an aluminum unibody protected by copper cooling pipes for better heat dissipation. It boasts a 5.3-inch QHD IPS display, too, and is equipped with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 to protect it against the usual scratches. Under the hood, it is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset with 2.5GHz octa core processor paired with Adreno 540 GPU. It comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage, and runs on Android Nougat with a confirmed update to Android version.
