The Find 7a has more dominant specs than the Elife E7, the former supports LTE connectivity, expandable storage, better video recording capability and slightly higher battery capacity, not to mention cheaper. On the other hand, the latter has better camera resolutions and weighs less.
The comparisons above are just based on specs, the actual performance still matters the most. Also, consumers have their own preferences, so it is up to you to decide which of the two is better.
