| Alcatel Flash Plus Available This May Through Lazada |
Octa core smartphones are getting more and more affordable, especially those from the local brands. However, not all devices with 8 CPU cores are equal, some are considerably more powerful, such as the Alcatel Flash Plus.
The Alcatel Flash Plus sports a 5.5-inch HD IPS display powered by 64-bit MediaTek MT6752M octa core chipset having Cortex-A53 architecture clocked at 1.5GHz each combined with Mali-T760MP2 GPU. It also has 2GB of RAM for better multitasking and 16GB of expandable storage to accommodate your apps and files.

Camera wise, the main one at the back can capture 13MP still images and 1080p at 30fps videos. Meanwhile, the secondary one in the front is equipped with 8MP sensor. In terms of connectivity, the basics are covered, dual SIM capability with LTE connectivity, WiFi and Bluetooth. It also has 3,500mAh battery and runs on Android 4.4 KitKat.
So, why we are talking about Alacatel Flash Plus? Because we got a confirmation that it will be available next month, around mid of May and it will be sold through the largest and most popular online mall in the country, Lazada. We are still verifying the actual pricing, once we know it, we will update this post. Hopefully, it will be priced lower than the Meizu M1 Note's Php7,990, since it has a lower screen resolution and lower processor frequency.
