Cherry Mobile Alpha Prime 7 Announced, LTE Windows 10 Tablet for Php4,999

Cherry Mobile recently announced their latest device offering, this time it does not run on Android, instead, on a different platform, a 7-inch tablet powered by Windows 10 Mobile, the Alpha Prime 7.

The Cherry Mobile Alpha Prime 7 is a single SIM tablet with phone functionality and LTE connectivity. Or, we can say it the other way around, it is a phone with a huge screen fit enough for a tablet, mainly because it runs on mobile operating system, which is again Windows 10 Mobile, unlike the PC version found on the Alpha Play.

On the inside, it draws its processing power on a quad core Qualcomm processor bundled with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of expandable storage. The chipset used is Snapdragon 210, the same thing found on the smaller Alpha Prime 5, which has four Cortex-A7 CPU cores clocked at 1.1GHz each paired with Adreno 304 as its graphics processing buddy.

It is now available at Cherry Mobile concept stores, kiosks and authorized dealers nationwide for Php4,999.
