Vivo has showcased its new Time of Flight (TOF) 3D Sensing Technology and the Vivo NEX at the recently concluded Mobile World Congress in Shanghai.

Tagged as the future of face unlocking, the TOF 3D Sensing Technology can accurately map objects at up to three meters in front of it through its 300,000 sensor points. Apart from this, this innovation pioneered by Vivo also opens new possibilities for entertainment and work.

Also, the global smartphone brand has introduced its latest smartphone – the Vivo NEX. As a recap, it comes with a notch-free Ultra FullView Display, giving off a 91.24% screen-to-body ratio. To make this possible, it boasts an in-display fingerprint sensor, 8-megapixel elevating selfie snapper, and Screen Sound Casting Technology that allows its panel to work as a speaker, too.

Meanwhile, packed with the brand’s in-display fingerprint scanning technology, the X21 is now available in the Philippines, as well.
