| Leagoo M9 with Quad Cameras Now Available for Only Php3,605 |
If I am not mistaken, the Leagoo M9 was announced globally late December of 2017. It is dubbed as the world's first quad-camera full-screen budget phone. And, with an asking price of just Php3,605, we can say that there is some truth to their claim. In the Philippines, we can agree that the M9 is indeed the most affordable smartphone with four cameras and 18:9 display.

The Leagoo M9 sports a 5.5-inch IPS display with 18:9 aspect ratio and 1280x640 resolution. Under the hood, it is powered by MediaTek MT6580A quad core chip paired with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. As mentioned, it has four cameras, the ones mounted at the back are 8MP + 2MP, while the ones in the front have 5MP + 2MP modules. However, we believed that this is just a software-based enhancements, as the MT6580A does not really support dual camera setup.
Other notable specs are dual SIM capability with 3G connectivity, fingerprint sensor, 2,850mAh Li-Po removable battery, and runs on Android 7.0 Nougat.
