Unlike the petal-like pattern seen on the initial variants, the Starry Purple edition flaunts a twinkling night look. To make it sassy, the brand dressed it with a purple and black gradient, while it features a gold OPPO branding.
The Starry Purple edition shares the same specs and features with the two regular variants. It comes with a 6.3-inch FHD+ display with a waterdrop notch, Helio P60 chipset, 6GB RAM, and 64GB of expandable storage. It boasts 16-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual rear cameras, and 25-megapixel selfie snapper, too.
Powering up the device is a 3500mAh battery that supports VOOC flash charging. The latter promises to give 2 hours of talk time in just 5 minutes of charging, as well.

The OPPO F9 Starry Purple will be initially offered at the OPPO’s flagship store located at Glorietta 2 until September 16. Those who will get the device will also score a free wireless headphones worth Php2,990.
Meanwhile, it will be up for pre-order on other OPPO dealers nationwide beginning September 16 to September 21. You simply have to give a down payment worth Php1,000 to reserve your unit. Those who will pre-order the device will get freebies worth Php1,500, which will include wireless earphone, game holder, and a ring holder.
The OPPO F9 Starry Purple is priced at Php17,990.
