Redmi Note 7 Sold Out in Just 8 Minutes and 36 Seconds in China |
Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun addressed that the Redmi Note 7 exceeded the company's expectations. In fact, they even stopped taking pre-orders in just two days to make sure that those who pre-order the unit will really get the device. Meanwhile, the handset is slated to go live again on January 18 at 10AM.

In case you missed it, Redmi is a new independent brand of Xiaomi. To make this official, the latter recently launched its Note 7 device that comes with a jaw-dropping 48-megapixel main sensor. Aside from this, the device is also packed with powerful offerings that won't cost an arm and leg.
As a quick recap, the Redmi Note 7 comes with a 6.3-inch FHD+ panel, Snapdragon 660 octa-core processor, up to 6GB RAM, and 4000mAh battery. Moreover, it features a 48-megapixel main shooter complemented with 5-megapixel sensor on its rear. For selfies, it is mounted with a 13-megapixel snapper.
The Redmi Note 7 is available starting at CNY 999 (~Php7.7K).
