| OPPO Intros 5G Smartphone, 10x Lossless Zoom |
The Chinese mobile maker brought consumers closer to the 5G era as it showcased its first 5G smartphone, and the OPPO 5G Landing Project. The company revealed that they are committed to team up with Swisscom, Telstra, Optus, and Singtel to boost the implementation of 5G products and services, too.
OPPO also boasted that they are well-positioned to be a leader in shifting to 5G through the help of Qualcomm Technologies.
“We see tremendous opportunities to drive further innovation in the 5G era, and Qualcomm Technologies looks forward to working closely with OPPO to realize the true potential of 5G and support the launch of their first 5G smartphone powered by our flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Mobile Platform with the X50 5G modem, integrated RF transceiver and RF Front-End solutions,” Qualcomm Incorporated President Cristiano Amon addressed.

OPPO teased that its first 5G smartphone will surely deliver an enhanced mobile experience as it gives off 4K, 8K video download/upload/cloud-play, 3D video calling, 5G cloud gaming and multi-player AR/VR game, in-store navigation, AR shopping integrated, and immersive entertainment.
The brand showcased its first 10x lossless zoom technology as well. It includes a triple-rear camera setup that is composed of a telephoto lens, ultra-wide-angle sensor, and main shooter.
