The Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2019 is fast approaching, and tech giants are now preparing their stage to launch their latest technologies. Happening on February 25 in Barcelona, Spain, OPPO has confirmed its attendance in the annual trade show, teasing that it is set to unveil newest smartphone innovations.

As a quick recap, in MWC 2016, OPPO introduced its SuperVOOC Flash Charge that promised to deliver 2 hours of talk time in just 5 minutes of charging. The company then upgraded this feature by offering 10 hours of talk time with only 5 minutes of charging, and filling 2500mAh battery in just 15 minutes. Now, consumers can enjoy this technology through their premium handsets – the Find X Lamborghini, and R17 Pro.

The mobile manufacturer has also developed SmartSensor Image Stabilization that enables users to capture great photos anytime and anywhere. It allows longer exposure time for bright, and clear images as well.

Meanwhile, the brand revealed its 5x Dual Camera Zoom in MWC 2017, where it can give 5x lossless zoom capability unlike the conventional 2x zoom found on other devices. It is paired with Optical Image Stabilization Solution that can achieve result closer to that of digital cameras.

This year, OPPO has invested USD 1.43 billion in research and development. We can expect that the brand will start arming its upcoming handsets with 5G capabilities as they strive to be one of the first smartphone companies to launch 5G devices. Also, OPPO unveiled its 10x lossless zoom technology by developing triple-camera solution consisting of ultra-wide angle, ultra-clear master, and telephoto.
