Samsung Brings First Firmware Update to Galaxy Note 10, Galaxy Note 10+

Samsung recently launched its new flagship smartphones – the Galaxy Note 10 series. While both Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10+ are still yet to go on sale, the Korean tech giant has already dropped its first firmware update, which includes the August security patch.

The update is dubbed as N975FXXU1ASH5, and it is now rolling out to Europe and India market. According to reports, the update measures 310MB, as it includes various enhancements such as an improved in-display fingerprint recognition, better camera quality and touchscreen performance.

The update also brings the August security patch to the smartphone duo.

What’s new:
  • The performance of Fingerprint recognition has been improved;
  • The performance of Touch screen has been improved;
  • The stability of Camera has been improved;
  • Camera picture quality has been improved;
  • The security of your device has been improved.

A software update can include, but is not limited to:
  • Device stability improvements, bug fixes;
  • New and/or enhanced features;
  • Further improvements to performance.
