It is quite lightweight at only 31 grams but offers heavyweight features. It boasts real-time heart rate monitoring with its high-precision PPG optical sensor and alerts the user if the reading is too high or too low. The realme Watch also features fitness functionalities similar to the realme Band that was launched last May. But this time around it comes with 14 Sports Model, up from just 9 of its smaller sibling. It can quickly identify if you are walking, running outdoor or on a treadmill, riding the bicycle outside or just stationary, yoga, table tennis, aerobic ability, football basketball, badminton, elliptical, cricket, and strength training, then record such activity together with other essential details. Moreover, you do not have to worry about getting it wet as the Watch is IP68-certified.

Not only that, but it also notifies the user if he or she is not moving for a long time, if it is already time to drink or replenish body fluids, and even monitor your sleep.
