Global plastics production is currently in demand among essential sectors including automobiles and consumer electronics, medical treatment, packaging, and construction. This is something that the Taiwan Association of Machinery Industry (TAMI) took advantage of as it continues to strengthen Taiwan’s position in being among the global leaders in rubber machinery.

To promote the said industry and in order to address the demand in plastic production, the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) and the Bureau of Foreign Trade (BOFT) in Taiwan, R.O.C recently organized the “Taiwan Excellence Plastic & Rubbery Machinery Online Press Conference 2020.”

The said virtual event gathered over 500 participants from all over the world including Egypt, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Pakistan, the Philippines, Russia, South Korea, Thailand, Turkey, Vietnam among others.

The presenters include four leading Taiwanese plastic and rubber machinery companies namely Fu Chun Shin Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd. (FCS), ChumPower Machinery Corp., Fong Kee International Machinery Co., Ltd., and Diing Kuen Plastic Machinery, Co., Ltd., which all highlighted the latest trends and technologies like injection molding machines, blow molding machines, and extrusion machinery.
