Andreas Schaefer, Shell Fuels Scientist for Asia Pacific, addressed the introduction of Shell V-Power in Makati City at The Fifth at Rockwell. He explained how the product's most recent recipe was produced with robust cleaning chemicals capable of removing deposits from key fuel system components and restoring up to 100% engine performance.
"Automotive manufacturers strive to improve the efficiency and performance of modern automobiles." Fuels used in more efficient engines must run under more demanding conditions, exposing them to corrosion and muck buildup over time. According to Schaefer, Shell V-Power has been modified to function even better in challenging conditions as a result of this.
