There's no denying that the OPPO Find X8 is of flagship caliber even at first glance out of the box. The unit that we got has a Space Black matte finish which repels fingerprint smudges on its own. This design detail is ideal for flaunting the rear design of the OPPO Find X8, which no doubt many users will feel the need to, because of how premium it looks.

If you're the careful type who doesn't like using your smartphone bare, you can always put on the free silicone case that comes with the OPPO Find X8. And since this is a flagship smartphone we're talking about, even the free case is extra. It's not the regular, flimsy transparent case that you'd expect but rather a black matte cover in a shiny material. Apart from it, the OPPO Find X8's box contains a SUPERVOOC brick charger, USB-C cable, SIM ejector tool, and the usual paperwork for quick guide, safety guide, and a complimentary premium service card.

The OPPO Find X8 comes with rounded corners and flat edges that complements its flat screen. Its front physique could actually be easily mistaken as a newer iPhone model. As expected, this flagship device feels solid and premium in the hands with its 7.58-mm sleek body that weighs 193 grams.
For ports and buttons, a special addition on the OPPO Find X8 comes in the form of a dedicated slider for alerts which allows users to easily switch between Ring, Silent, and Vibrate.

The OPPO Find X8 is marketed as a camera-centric device with lenses designed in partnership with Swedish camera manufacturer Hasselblad. Its triple camera setup is particularly mastered towards portrait photography. AI is also a main factor on the camera performance of the OPPO Find X8, as the device leverages the said advanced technology for a few tricks including up to 10x high-quality zoom and the "Lightning Snap" burst shot function capable of capturing up to seven shots per second.

MediaTek's latest chipset takes advantage of AI to provide top-of-the-line performance in terms of productivity, photography, and even gaming.
