Key Digital Platforms for an Enhanced Experience

Etiqa has developed a collection of tools that simplify traditionally complex insurance processes.
  • Etiqa Smile PH App: This mobile platform, recently named the "Customer Service Initiative of the Year" at the Insurance Asia Awards 2025, allows members to handle everything from submitting claims to processing payments and scheduling consultations directly from their smartphones. A web-based portal offers the same functions for desktop users.
  • Provider and Doctor’s Portals: Hospitals and clinics can now request online Letters of Guarantee (LOG) and submit billings through the Provider Portal, while a dedicated app streamlines transactions for physicians.
  • HR Portal: This tool allows corporate clients to manage employee data and medical transactions with ease, helping them oversee employee health efficiently.
  • 24/7 Virtual Assistant: Etiqa’s website features a round-the-clock chatbot to provide instant answers and assistance to inquiries.

The Future of Insurance is Here

Etiqa is not stopping at its current offerings. The company plans to launch the Smile PH App Plus in the first quarter of next year, which will introduce even more features, including the ability to purchase additional policies directly within the app.

Through global alliances, such as its partnership with Insurope, Etiqa is also expanding its reach to provide consistent, high-quality protection to multinational companies. As Anthony Lou Bernabe, President and CEO of Etiqa Philippines, puts it, the company’s digital platforms are about “equipping our members, partners, and communities with the tools they require to lead more secure and fulfilling lives.”
