These vehicles are primarily designated for field operations across Metro Manila, including critical subscriber installations, technical maintenance, and repairs.
Strategic Shift to Sustainable Mobility
Currently, Converge operates more than 120 units of hybrid and purely battery-powered vehicles. This shift is part of a broader corporate sustainability roadmap led by Corporate Sustainability Officer Laurice Esteban-Tuason.
Key targets of the greening initiative include:
- Fleet Transition: Converting 20% of corporate and contractor vehicles to electric or hybrid models by 2030.
- Carbon Reduction: Gradually electrifying service vehicles and adopting alternative energy for data centers to lower the company's total carbon footprint.
- Operational Stability: Diversifying the energy mix to mitigate risks associated with fossil fuel supply constraints and price shocks.

Infrastructure and Employee Support
To ensure the long-term viability of its electric fleet, Converge has already deployed an EV charging station at its Pasig headquarters. The company plans to activate additional charging hubs across its various Metro Manila offices in the near future.
Furthermore, Converge is promoting eco-friendly transportation among its staff through a car subsidy program that encourages eligible employees to purchase their own hybrid or electric vehicles.
By integrating sustainable technology into its logistics, Converge aims to stabilize operating costs while fulfilling its environmental commitments in a challenging global market.
