Slickwraps "The Case" For iPhone 5/5s Review

INTRODUCTION:

The Apple iPhone 5s was announced last year and has been available locally since November of last year from telcos like Smart Communications. On the other hand its sibling, the iPhone 5 was phased-out in favor of iPhone 5C.

With those given facts, we all know that all sorts of iPhone 5/5s case are available, but if you are those that recently own one or you just love to dress up your device better check out this review.

UNBOXING and REVIEW:

Box

The box of the case is made from recycled carton, at first I was a bit surprised when I saw the sticker with P2100.00 printed on it, but according to Applewerkz its retail price is just Php1,290.

Retail package

The retail package consists of the case, front wrap, side inserts, screen protector, microfiber cleaning cloth and proof of authenticity.

Front and back

There are several flags and hundreds of designs (from different series) to choose from, but the one I got is the Philippine Flag which is just right for the upcoming Independence Day.

Front

The back of the case has pre-installed sticker, this means that only the front and sides needs the attention. You can actually install the screen protector and the remaining wraps by yourself since SlickWraps is offering step-by-step guide on their website and YouTube channel, but if this is too much hassle for you better have the Applewerkz personnel do it for you.

Sides

The case fits tightly on your phone and securely hugging it, there is also about 1mm lip extension in the front for screen protection. It has a rubbery feel which gives you not only comfort in holding your iPhone, but also a nice good grip.
